World of Work

Productivity-ifing Gaming

Organizing your notes: the good kind of grind.

World of Work is a visual note-taking app fused with a video game. Instead of filing ideas into another list, you place them in a living world. Notes become things you can see, arrange, revisit—and, when you want, fight.

Chapter 2 — Build your world

Your notes live in the world.

Create notes and place them anywhere. Organize them spatially, cluster them into groups, and shape your ideas into a place you actually want to spend time in.

Notes placed inside a group automatically belong together. No folders, no endless lists — just a world that mirrors how you actually think.

Chapter 3 — Optional, but glorious

Yes, there's combat.

The world fights back — and how you answer is entirely up to you. A genuine combat system inspired by classic MMOs, with three distinct classes, each with its own playstyle, abilities, and builds.

Warrior

RAGE • MELEE

Stand your ground and trade blows.

A durable melee fighter who builds and spends Rage.

Rogue

COMBO • MELEE

Strike first, then vanish.

A stealthy melee fighter who builds Combo Points for finishers.

Hunter

FOCUS • RANGE

Control the fight from afar.

A ranged attacker who spends steadily regenerating Focus.

Chapter 4 — Grow stronger

Exactly what your note app was missing: a talent tree.

Defeat notes, earn experience, and turn every level into a new way to play.

Level up your note-taking

Every level grants a talent point. Spend it to sharpen abilities, experiment with builds, and turn your hero into an unstoppable note-destroying machine. Respec freely — every class supports multiple builds.

The notes learn, too

Beat a note and it comes back stronger: more health, more damage, new attacks, higher difficulty. Lose, and its rank falls. Your notes remember the fight and escalate to meet you.

Or just take notes.

On a deadline? Not in the mood? Turn combat off anytime and World of Work becomes a pure, calm, visual note-taking canvas. The game is always optional — it's there when you want it, gone when you don't.

Chapter 5 — Your story starts here

Notes were a chore. Now they're the game.

Build your world, take on your notes, and grow stronger with every win. Organizing your thoughts stops being a chore and starts being something you look forward to.
